Base Network Connectivity

The intended role of Base.

Base is an Ethereum Layer 2 network. It is not an independent Layer 1. The planned use is everyday activity: creator payments, subscriptions, and other user transactions where a lower fee is appropriate.

A Base transaction still follows wallet approval and a gas fee denominated in Ether on that network. No Base RPC endpoint is configured in this repository.
