Ethereum and Base Integration

What an integration would require.

A real integration needs a chosen client library, RPC access, chain identifiers for Ethereum Mainnet and Base, and a decision about who pays gas. None of those choices are configured here. Base remains a Layer 2, not a separate EraX chain.
